JustFly didn't book flight

JustFly claimed to have booked my return flight. I even had an itinerary. Yet when I checked with the airline near the departure date, there was no return flight and I had to deal directly with the airline (United - they were great). When I tried to reach JustFly, it was literally impossible. Do not use JustFly.

i booked economy flight to uk from usa…

i booked economy flight to uk from usa very specific because i needed to check bag ,they booked economy light and tried to get me to pay $500 extra to upgrade, i found out from airlines website while they were on the phone $50.00 for checked bag so went that route ,they added an extra duplicate digit to my surname giving it three duplicate letters at the end?? ,$75.00 fee to correct my surname to match my credit card they had on file this was all picked up after i had paid for ticket. Staff member totally unresponsive to any of these observations, obviously a much practiced and familiar routine of deceptive upcharging after my ticket was booked ,so what are you going to do ,they've got you right and they know it .never will use again ,stick to Kayak or Capt Kirk.

Scam and predatory charges

Scam. Misleading cancellation. Charged extra for cancel and still no refund for any booking. Never ever using just fly again. Worst.

If you book - Pray there are no problems

I booked a flight and the airlines had a schedule change. Luckily it was far enough in advance that I could have the ticket re-routed to similar flight. The Ticket ran into a second issue and became invalid with the main carrier who could not help me as it was issued by a travel agent through a secondary airline.

Now I am on hold again and have spend more than 4 hours with their support line.

I am left with the only option of filing a legal suit against the travel agent. Not worth the time.

I would never book with this company…

I would never book with this company again bought two plane tickets to travel to Toronto Canada. I couldn’t attend the booking bc I got covid 19. When I booked I bought a cancellation insurence and covid is a reason u would get your refund back. I try using the insurence I send them evidence and a doctors letter and refuse to give my refund back. So I don’t recommend just fly to no one. Call there customer service number spoke to some that I needed to cancel my my booking and cancel it but got charge 100 dollars for cancel my flight to Canada. They charge me 50 dollars for cancel the flight to Toronto and 50 for return flight back to New York.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Booked with confidence that disappeared when they failed to respond upon confirmation of a problem with the reservations. Finally had to call, after several attempts in which I received nothing but lies and threats of applying additional charges. They even failed to cancel timely, waited several days to notify of a "no-show", all due to their failures. Then tried to say it was all my fault, that I should have called immediately. Would not acknowledge nor accept that the instructions provided with their confirmation email doesn't do anything but add to an issue creating a major problem and deny any refunds without multiple fees and charges putting it on the airlines. The problem is them,they fail to take timely action when requested, instead ignoring and then blame you.
I will never recommend JustFly, and will contact the California AG's office to provide more details to add to their law suit against this outfit for "SWINDLING"

They are sending email for me with a offer for a flight I’m looking for but flight is never available at website. They show FAKE PRICES for tickets don’t exist.

THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
I PURCHASED TWO TICKETS FROM THEM ONE FOR $189.99 AND THE OTHER FOR $258.38 , THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AN ADDITIONAL TICKET FOR $757.60 THAT I NEVER COMFIRMED. STAY AWAY !!!!

Booked a flight for our daughter who…

Booked a flight for our daughter who was going overseas for a study assignment. Three weeks later we found out that the country was shutting down student visa's due to COVID. Cancelled the itinerary through the JustFly website and received confirmation. So 11 months later (site says you have 1 year to rebook) we are informed you must complete travel within 1 year. We lost $1255.00, do not use third party booking sites like this one. Book directly with the airline. Terrible experience!

A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k

Westjet clearly stated that the adversory was posted on westjet website. Justfly has to cancel my booking without a fee per westjet. However, justfly is not doing that. Justfly customer reps and supervisor saw the westjet website notice, but still not doing that. May not answer your question, but post it.

It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD

Forget about the refund. They will have an excuse like mine. I bought the insurance, but apparently there are two insurances you can buy for one ticket. Who ever heard of that?

I just paid 91.00 for a cancellation on a flight that I booked less than 12 hours ago. I really wanted to change my return date, but that would have cost me 350.00. So, I cancelled my flight. I think I will go directly to the airline website to book from now on.
